Treatment Coordinator
Anna is a longtime resident in Eastside and brings more than 16 years of front office experience to the practice. She is one of our professional Treatment Coordinators, and is here to help you schedule your appointments at our dentist’s office. Redmond, WA patients know they can always count on Anna to make sure their visit goes smoothly!
In her free time, Anna enjoys spending time with family & friends: outdoor activities such as snowboarding or hiking the local mountains, walking around Greenlake, or gardening, attending Jazzercize classes, and sipping on a vanilla soy latte.
Drew
Dental Hygienist
When Drew isn’t busy treating your smile, you can usually find her outside enjoying the great outdoors. Hiking, trail running, kayaking, camping, boating, riding dirt bikes, practicing yoga, snowshoeing, snowboarding, or anything else that will keep her in motion. Drew makes her home in Issaquah, where she is cares for a vegetable garden, chickens, dogs and any manner of rural pursuits. A native of Washington, she is a WSU Cougar and graduate of the Lake Washington Technical School of Dental Hygiene. Drew values all aspects of preventative dentistry, having spent her fair share of time in the chair. With a thorough education, a great surrounding team, and an appreciation of a healthy smile, she can provide you with all the tools available to ensure outstanding oral hygiene.
Joey
Certified Dental Assistant
Joey has been with Dr. Files since October of 2010 and came to us from Coeur D’Alene, Idaho. She has more than 7 years of experience in dentistry, and is a Registered Dental Assistant as well as a National Board Certified Assistant.
Her passion for the field of dentistry has prompted her to take numerous continuing education classes and obtain additional certifications for dental implants, IV sedation, and computer-aided design and milling. She has made over 400 crowns on our state-of-the-art CEREC machine, and she is a great asset to have in our Redmond, WA, dentist’s office!
Joey has been married to her husband, Scott for more than 10 years and has two beautiful daughters: Bailey 9, and Katie 6. When not working, she loves spending time with her family and reading books. Joey enjoys meeting new people and building relationships with her patients. She looks forward to providing you with the very best care possible.
Gwendy
Financial Coordinator
Gwendy is the Financial Coordinator for our Redmond dentist office, and the newest addition to Dr. Files’ dedicated team. Gwendy’s clinical experience and first-hand knowledge of the procedures that take place chairside allow her to provide exceptional service to each patient who visits the dentist. Redmond, WA patients know they can call Gwendy at any time and she will address their questions and concerns.
Gwendy started her career in health care at the young age of seventeen, when she was offered a job at Evergreen Hospital. After ten years of working in medicine, she made the switch to the dental field and hasn’t looked back since.
When she’s not pursuing her passion for dentistry, Gwendy is an artist and busy mother, creating oil pastel drawings in addition to caring for her beautiful 6-year-old son, Zachary. When she’s not at the office or enjoying her art, Gwendy and Zachary are usually out and about in the community enjoying a local park or visiting friends and family.
